Febris is a mobile and web app serving as a communication platform that connects elderly patients, doctors, and case managers within their designated hospital. The app streamlines patient information recording, tracks medical equipment usage, and allows for the addition of notes for patient handoff or incidental findings. Additionally, it assists in facilitating the discharge processes for doctors, aligning with billing codes associated with the patient's condition, particularly within specific hospitals in the US based on their insurance provider.
