Conduct generative and evaluative research to understand user and business goals while integrating designer objectives. Use a discovery questionnaire to validate primary concerns and mitigate risks during the design phase.

Host a mood-boarding session with the client to understand their aesthetic, functional, and accessibility needs. Conduct A/B testing across multiple iterations to quickly gather feedback and validate business and user needs.

Start designing low-fidelity or high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, turning concepts into tangible designs.

Listen & Implement

Collect client, user, heuristic and stakeholder feedback. Keep iterating and improving until the business, user and designer needs are met.

Ensure all the designs and prototypes align with goals and objectives set during the ‘Discover & Validate’ phase.

Finalize the design content for handoff to the development team. Once the handoff and product development are complete, conduct a design QA to ensure the product aligns with the design.
